Toilet Paper Capsule Collection x MSGM

Un'altra collaborazione tra arte e moda, questa volta tutta made in Italy. Maurizio Cattelan e Pierpaolo Ferrari, direttori creativi dell'irriverente rivista indipendente TOILET PAPER, firmano una capsule collection di felpe unisex x MSGM. 

La collezione, che sarà presentata in occasione della settimana della moda uomo a Milano, è in perfetto stile Toilet Paper: ironica, provocatoria e colorata. Il tocco street di Massimo Giorgetti incontra quindi le genialità artistiche di Cattelan e del fotografo Ferrari, creando 10 felpe con stampe pop e surreali.

L'edizione limitata di Toliet Paper x MSGM sarà disponibile online dal primo Luglio su Colette.fr, thecorner.com , luisaviaroma.com, lanecrawford.com, ssense.com e da Novembre nelle boutiques multibrands. 

Once again fashion meets art, but this time it's all about made in Italy. Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari, creative directors at TOILET PAPER art mag, have signed their unisex sweatshirts capsule collection x MSGM.

The collection, which will be presented at Milan Men Fashion Week this June, is perfectly  Toilet Paper-styled : ironic, provocative and colored. 

Massimo Giorgetti (designer at MSGM), Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari have created 10 sweatshirts with pop and surreal prints.

The limited edition Toilet Paper x MSGM will be available online from July, 1st on  Colette.fr, thecorner.com, luisaviaroma.com, lanecrawford.com, ssense.com and in selected multibrands boutiques from November 2013. 

IT Book for the IT Girl

Finalmente, dopo mesi di teasing, la fashion-trendsetter Alexa Chung rivela l'identità del suo primo libro. Non si tratterebbe di un vero e proprio manuale di stile, quanto di una raccolta di fotografie, disegni, pensieri ed elementi d'ispirazione per Alexa, dalla musica alla moda, da Mick Jagger a Jane Birkin.

Non mancherebbero però i suoi migliori outfit ed i consigli in fatto di street style.

Finally, after several months of teasing, the fashion-trendsetter   Alexa Chung is ready to unveil her first book. As far as we know, it's not a proper style guide. IT features Alexa's favorite photographies, drawings, music, thoughts and muses such as Mick Jagger and Jane Birkin.

As an unique fashion icon, a part of the book is about fashion, featuring Alexa's best outfits and her style tips!

Out October, 2013, it is now available to pre-order on Amazon.

The Director

Presented on April 22 at the 2013 Tribeca Film Festival in New York City, The Director is a docu-film showing an intimate portrait of Gucci's Creative Director, Frida Giannini. Conceived and produced by actor James Franco (who has been collaborating with the Italian brand since 2007), The Director documents 18 months in the life of Frida Giannini, observing and capturing moments in places where a camera had never been allowed before.

The Director is due out later this year.

New York Fashion Week 2013

New York Fashion Week Fall Winter 2013/2014 astonished all the fashion system, with its comeback to essential and simplicity. Black and White, Grey and Red, Tan and Pale Pink, together with refined details, will be the keys of Fall Winter 2013/2014 successful outfits.  

The shapes of jackets, coats and trousers remind of 1980s even if colours, patterns and prints are barer and more rigorous. 

What we really liked about NYFW 2013 is the unmistakable personality of its designers which shines through plain and basic figures combined with all the city's nuances.

Lady Dior As Seen By

Born in 1995, Lady Dior has become during the years an iconic accessory, with its different patterns, dangling gold letters, rectangular body and arching handles. 

Photographers, visual artists, film directors have been inspired by this mythical and modern bag. Lady Dior As Seen By is an exhibition that connects the vibrant love of Maison Dior toward art and the most talented artists, such as David Lynch, John Cameron Mitchell, Ellen von Unwerth. 

This project, where art meets fashion, reflects different approaches, ambitions, techniques and materials.
